Catching Up

Classes started back this week. This semester I am in my first semester of methods...this is going to be a lot this semester. Makes me glad that we are not getting married in March like I had originally hoped. We are making progress on everything though. We have put down the deposits on the flowers and reception hall. We have the church booked and were able to see the inside of the new sanctuary!!! It's so pretty! We have pretty much decided on the caterer and are just waiting on a quote. I found "the" dress and we are going to Brookhaven, MS to get it this Saturday!!! I am going to call the bakery I want to use to set up a consultation for the cakes. Rob's cake is going to be so cool if we can get someone do it. I also have to contact the photographer I want to use. If you want to see her work her site is www.katymarshallphotography.com . She does amazing work and i love her use of natural light. Robert's friends are all ready for the Bachelor party, haha.
This was our weekend to have Nathan and we took he, Chase, and Zach to see Yes Man. It was hilarious! Howerever, it was not appropriate for their age group. Nathan had already seen it so we figured it would be ok, there were two scenes that made us say that Nathan can no longer choose the movie we go see.
Robert has been busy working on the house when he is not working with Kelly. He and Mr. Sid got all of the baseboards and shoe molding put down, he is working on laying the tile in the bathroom. Sears came Saturday and Monday to put up the vinyl siding. It looks really nice having it all up now.
That's about all we have been up to, we'll hopefully have something more to write about soon enough. Have a good one!

  1. I didn't know you guys had a blog!
How sweet. Now I can get all the wedding details from y'all instead of hearing it second hand through Caitlin..
    WOOTWOOT!
I'm glad we got to hang out last weekend, even though it resulted in ME getting a ticket and not y'all. (UNFAIR!)
It ended up costing a little over $500 to get that damn brake tag because it wasn't the tail lights that were out, it was some sort of electrical issue causing them not to work... grgh.
